Review by hotel critic
My recent stay at this charming hotel was an absolute delight, thanks in large part to its unbeatable central location that allowed me to immerse myself in the vibrant atmosphere of the piazza just steps away. Despite a hiccup with the air conditioning on the first day, the responsive staff, particularly Sarah, ensured my comfort with quick solutions, and I found the remote check-in and out to be a seamless experience. The room was clean and well-appointed, enhanced by the presence of an electric kettle that let me enjoy my morning coffee at leisure. The small garden was a lovely retreat after a day of exploring, epitomizing the essence of Italian hospitality. This hotel offers fantastic value for money, marrying comfort and charm with attentive service, making it a perfect choice for travelers seeking an authentic experience. I left feeling rejuvenated and eager to return!
